Initial Licensing Education  Requiremnets

All current licensees to complete 40 hours of initial education by January 1, 2009.  

New licensees must complete the initial education requirement within the 3 years preceeding the license date.


License Type(s):

Mortgage Broker
License application requirements: 
      Criminal Background Check
      Surety Bond
      Error and Omissions Insurance
      Initial education and testing

*January 1, 2008 Registration Ends and Licensing is Required*

CE Requirements:

Licensing Continuing Education Requirements effective January 1, 2009.  

Licensees to complete at least 9 hours of approved continuing education within the 3-year renewal period.
